• Where a player has requested self-exclusion.
• Where required by a court order or government directive.

For permanent account closures not involving a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be returned subject to verification. However, if prohibited activities are involved, the balance will be forfeited.

Jijily believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That is why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You may exclude yourself from your account for a set period or permanently.
• Reality Check: A summary of your play time and spending will be shown at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Breaks of 24 hours up to six months are available.
